Owner|Real Estate Agent|Property ManagerI was born and raised in the DC Metro Area, giving me a unique knowledge of the market in the DMV. I studied marketing and computer science at James Madison University. After starting my real estate career in DC, I relocated to South Florida where I launched my first Real Estate Brokerage in 2005.
Upon returning to the DC area in 2008, I was the founding member of Arbour Realty in Arlington, VA. After being the top-producing agent for 6 years and becoming one of the fastest-growing brokers in Virginia, I decided to partner with Keller Williams Realty and started the Moya Team.
My team was the Top Producing Team in Arlington in our first year and recognized annually ever since. Partnering with another top-producing team in 2017, we rebranded our merged teams into Three Stones Residential. The common thread was the ability not only to drive sales but also to help others be more successful with a thoughtful and unique approach to real estate.
Our current business is 90% by Referral only, and we enjoy 5-star ratings on all major review sites. Our focus is providing premium services to all of our clients and partners, and providing a 100% closing rate on all referrals.
