Since the announcement of the global COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have been impacted in one way or another, even if it is not directly by the virus itself. We’ve chosen to be quarantined in our homes if possible, some with families, and limit our in-person interactions with others. The future is still unknown and this can be difficult to manage, navigating our new (hopefully temporary) lifestyles and daily routines.
During these times, we understand the stress of this situation can be tough to endure, but it is important to make sure you are taking care of yourself as much as possible. It is perfectly okay and normal to go through these emotions and moments of worry. We’re only human after all!
