Preparing Your Property for Market
First impressions count. Before inviting buyers into your property, we want to be sure we’ve done everything to make it as attractive as possible. There are many ways to maximize marketability of your home by offering ideas for how to present your property. This may include recommendations for cosmetic changes such as painting and when necessary, a staging consult.

In marketing your home, we will develop a listing plan that emphasizes its unique and sellable aspects. We then put your home in front of buyers, establishing it on the local MLS as well as all the popular home search websites. We create new listings sheets, and place them in real estate publications, with all materials designed in house by our Graphic Designer. During the first week of the listing we host catered Broker’s Open and invite all the local agents for a preview. At minimum, we will host an advertised Open Houses for the first 2 weekends of the listing period and every other weekend afterwards for the duration of the listing agreement, however, our average Days on Market is 24 days…
